We are the leaders when it comes to the textile industry. We are one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of textile products in Pakistan. We get technology from Europe, Japan and USA. The main raw material, cotton, is sourced locally and the specialized fibers are imported. The manufacturing from yarn to finished fabric is done in Pakistan. Synergies are formed with off shore garment manufacturing companies. Our products are marketed to the industry’s biggest names in Asia, Europe Australia, and North America.
Our textile division is our strongest, built on a foundation of quality, reliability, and continuous expansion. Over the years, we have developed a vertically connected network of seven textile plants that collectively cover key stages of the textile value chain, including ginning, spinning, and weaving. This integrated structure enables us to maintain strict quality control, improve production efficiency, and deliver high-quality textile products to domestic and international markets.
Our operations begin with ginning, where raw cotton is carefully processed to separate fibre from seeds while preserving fibre quality. This stage is critical in ensuring that only the finest cotton enters our spinning facilities. By maintaining close control over the ginning process, we ensure a consistent supply of high-grade cotton for further manufacturing.
Following ginning, cotton is processed in our spinning units, where advanced machinery and modern production techniques are used to convert raw fibre into high-quality yarn. Our spinning facilities are equipped with efficient systems designed to produce consistent, durable, and premium yarn suitable for a wide range of textile applications. Through strict quality control and modern manufacturing standards, we ensure that our yarn meets the requirements of both local and international textile markets.
The next stage in our production chain is weaving, where yarn is transformed into high-quality fabric using modern looms and advanced manufacturing technologies. Our weaving operations focus on producing fabrics that meet the demands of various sectors, including apparel, industrial textiles, and home textile applications. By integrating weaving within our production system, we are able to maintain better control over product quality, reduce production timelines, and offer greater flexibility to our customers.
